April 2022, One of the two important components of the Conservation Fund Project is to enhance the financial and technical capacity of social organizations to accompany biodiversity conservation and environmental sustainability in Da Nang and the central and Central Highlands provinces.
The video “Stories of 4 Sub-Grantees received the fund from the project” is an activity in the 2nd Awareness Campaign of the Conservation Fund project. It records the outstanding achievements of the Project through the funding section for CSOs. It is built and synthesized directly from the stories of the 4 Sub-Grantees with the aim of presenting a complete picture of the project’s practical contribution to the community.

The Conservation Fund Project with the goal of providing financial and technical support to CSOs working in the field of biodiversity conservation and environmental sustainability which so far and has gone half way. Currently, there are 4 Social Organizations receiving the financial support grant from the 1st funding package.
- Center For Development Of Community Initiative And Environment (C&E): The project “Establishing Zero Waste Community in An Hai Bac ward, Danang based on the community garden in Morrison street”
- DIM Club: The project “Promoting the experiential learning activities in environmental education at secondary schools in Da Nang city”
- Center for Community Research and Development (CCRD): The Project “Strengthen partnership in promoting the development of ecological public space models in Hue City (including extended areas) in order to raise awareness and community engagement for biodiversity conservation and environmental protection”
- Coffee collaboration group Xary 2: The project “Piloting biodiversity conservation in West Truong Son through the implementation of the forest garden model in coffee farming”
All projects are in progress and are expected to complete their interventions to the community by the end of 2022.
The project announced the 2nd Funding Package on April 7th, 2022 which will continue to accompany CSOs in the journey of conducting biodiversity conservation and environmental protection activities.

Through this video, we want to spread the message “Join hands for Vietnam’s biodiversity”, so that not only these 4 stories, but more and more stories are written. Together we will write a book about biodiversity conservation and environmental protection.
